RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your new product(s). Here is our return policy.

All online and in-store sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded. Exchanges for store credit may only be accepted within 30 days of your in-store purchase or within 7 days of the receipt of your online order. 

EXCEPTIONS    

The only exceptions where Centrall accepts returns/refunds is if you did not receive the right package as you ordered (wrong size, wrong condition or wrong product).

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. Note that minimal manufacturer's defects may occur and that Centrall, being a reseller and not a retailer,  is not responsible for any such defects. For all manufacturer's defects, please contact the manufacturer directly.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your request. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

Exchanges, refunds and returns can only be accepted if merchandise is returned if it was unused, unworn and in the same condition it was when purchased with the merchandise's original box, tags, stickers, labels and a receipt from the merchandise's purchase.
