RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your new product(s). Here is our return policy.

All sales are final. Therefore, there aren't any returns/refunds or exchange for items that you ordered online or in-store, except for exceptions (see down below).

 

EXCEPTIONS    

The only exception Centrall accepts for returns is if you don't receive the right package as you ordered (wrong size, wrong condition or wrong product according what you ordered).

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. Note that there might be minimal defective manufacture problems from the product's brand itself that we can't control since we are a resell store.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your request. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
